Short, sweet, ends in a breakup. Watch the lead fall for airports instead of the boy.
Summer 2015. Sandra meets a Californian boy at university in Barcelona, and when the semester ends and he flies home, she does something she has never done before: books her first solo long-haul flight to go see him, straight into his family's house, for a month.
They break up by Christmas, which surprises nobody except possibly the two of them. It doesn't matter. Somewhere over the Atlantic she'd worked out the important part: she could just get on a plane and go. She never really stopped.
